BCMCA Cobble Hill RR - Season Finale
HC on Saturday and Cherry Point RR on Sunday at 11:00 followed by lunch ....
See you at the September 7 finale BCMCA invites you to the season's final race and awards luncheon this Sunday.
But don't forget the hill climb Saturday. It's short and sweet. Oh, and steep! The .6 km event is near Tony Hoar's home in Mill Bay at 3 p.m. There is no event fee to be paid, but you can pick up precious season championship points.
The 65 km road race Sunday is at Cherry Point just southeast of Duncan at 11 a.m. It is a double points event. Lunch (lavish) will be provided free, after the race on Sunday, to all BCMCA full members and volunteers. Others can buy lunch for $25 (plus taxes and tip).
RSVP to Kim Gard. e-mail garddogs@shaw.ca or telephone 250-370-2689.
Annual championship awards will be presented at the luncheon. So if you hold a trophy that is handed on from year to year, please bring it, all shined up, or ship it in advance.
We look forward to seeing you there congratulating the champions (riders and volunteers).
