Legs still not sore enough after the time trial championship, then take
the challenge! Mass start for this 12.2km race according to your category as
below.
Preregister on Karelo.com - $25 for adults and U19, $15 for U17 and younger.
First 75 entries to pre register receive Shark Clubs gift certificate.

9:30 am U13 yrs 10-12 yrs; 4 km U15 yrs 13,14 yrs; 8 km U17 yrs 15,16yrs; 8km
9:45 am Category 4 and 5, Citizen men
10:00 am Masters Men (> 30 yrs, race results as per 5 yr age groups eg 30-34, 35-
39 etc, age-based handicap timing will be calculated for overall winner and trophy)
10:20 am Women 1,2,3,4, Masters (>30 yrs,see above Masters)
10:30 am U19 yrs - 12.2 km
10:30 am Category 3 Men
10:30 am Category 1/2 Men

Start - entrance to park on Mt. Seymour Road (500 m from Banff Ct.)
Finish - entrance to the P3 parking lot.
RACE INFORMATION
• Participants are ranked according to their time in their category.
• Presentations, refreshments in the Plaza; ~ 12:00-12:30
• Washrooms; Parkgate Community Centre
• Parking; in Parkgate and Old Buck Parking lot.
