Assuming you have anything left in those legs after the BC TT Championships, Zimich Coaching is putting on the ever popular Mt. Seymour HC the next day (Aug 10th)
Signup is at karelo.12.2 km on Mt Seymour Rd from the entrance to the park to P3 parking lot. Elevation gain just under 1000m. Registration at Parkgate Community Ctr plaza beginning at 8:30 am.
